🥩 Beef Pasta in Creamy Garlic Sauce

🛒 Ingredients:

300 g (10 oz) pasta (penne, fusilli, or fettuccine)

300 g (10 oz) ground beef (or thinly sliced steak strips)

1 tbsp olive oil
-
4 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 small onion, diced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 cup beef broth (or pasta water)
-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
-
Salt & pepper to taste
-
Optional: chopped parsley, chili flakes
👨🍳 Instructions:

Cook pasta
In salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water, then drain and set aside. -
Brown the beef
In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add the beef and season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside. -
Sauté aromatics
In the same pan, sauté diced onion for 2–3 minutes until soft. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute. -
Make the garlic cream sauce
Lower the heat. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth (or reserved pasta water). Stir well and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Add Parmesan and mix until the sauce thickens. -
Combine everything
Return the cooked beef and pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste. -
Finish & serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley or chili flakes if desired. Serve warm and enjoy the creamy goodness!
