1️⃣ MARINATE THE BEEF (5-30 MINS)

  • Combine hoisin, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.

  • Toss sliced beef in half the marinade and set aside.

2️⃣ COOK THE NOODLES

  • Boil noodles 1 minute less than package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.

3️⃣ SEAR THE BEEF
