1.5 lbs flank steakĀ (or sirloin), thinly sliced

3 tbsp honey
-
3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tbsp rice vinegar
-
3 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tsp grated ginger
-
1/2 tsp red pepper flakesĀ (optional)

1 tbsp cornstarchĀ (for thickening)
-
2 tbsp oilĀ (for cooking)

Sesame seeds & green onionsĀ (for garnish)
š©āš³ STEP-BY-STEP
1ļøā£ MARINATE (5 MINUTES OR UP TO 1 HOUR)

WhiskĀ honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

TossĀ sliced beefĀ in half the marinade.
2ļøā£ COOK THE BEEF

HeatĀ oilĀ in a large skillet overĀ high heat.

Sear beef in batches (donāt overcrowd!) forĀ 1-2 minutes per sideĀ until browned. Remove and set aside.
3ļøā£ MAKE THE SAUCE

Pour theĀ remaining marinadeĀ into the pan.

MixĀ cornstarch with 1 tbsp water, then stir into the sauce.

SimmerĀ 1-2 minutesĀ until thickened.
4ļøā£ FINISH & SERVE

Return beef to the pan, toss to coat in the sticky glaze.

Garnish withĀ sesame seeds & green onions.
