  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakesĀ (optional)

  • 1 tbsp cornstarchĀ (for thickening)

  • 2 tbsp oilĀ (for cooking)

  • Sesame seeds & green onionsĀ (for garnish)

1ļøāƒ£ MARINATE (5 MINUTES OR UP TO 1 HOUR)

  • WhiskĀ honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

  • TossĀ sliced beefĀ in half the marinade.

2ļøāƒ£ COOK THE BEEF

  • HeatĀ oilĀ in a large skillet overĀ high heat.

  • Sear beef in batches (don’t overcrowd!) forĀ 1-2 minutes per sideĀ until browned. Remove and set aside.

  • Pour theĀ remaining marinadeĀ into the pan.

  • MixĀ cornstarch with 1 tbsp water, then stir into the sauce.

  • SimmerĀ 1-2 minutesĀ until thickened.

  • Return beef to the pan, toss to coat in the sticky glaze.
