Crispy & Juicy Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
For the Chicken Tenders:

500g (about 1 lb) chicken tenders or sliced chicken breast

1/2 cup flour

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp paprika
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
For the Honey Butter Garlic Sauce:

3 tbsp unsalted butter
-
4 garlic cloves, minced
-
1/4 cup honey
-
1 tbsp soy sauce (optional for balance)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Breading Station

In three shallow bowls, place flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and a mix of Panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in the third.
2. Coat the Chicken

Dredge chicken tenders in flour, dip in egg, then press into the Panko mixture to coat thoroughly.
3. Fry the Chicken

Heat 1/2 inch of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry the tenders 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.

Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil.
4. Make the Honey Butter Garlic Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add honey and soy sauce, stir until smooth and bubbling slightly.
5. Toss and Serve

Toss crispy tenders in the warm sauce or drizzle over the top.

Serve hot with rice, veggies, or fries!
