🛒 Ingredients

For the Chicken Tenders:

  • 500g (about 1 lb) chicken tenders or sliced chicken breast

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

For the Honey Butter Garlic Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional for balance)


👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Breading Station

  • In three shallow bowls, place flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and a mix of Panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in the third.

2. Coat the Chicken

  • Dredge chicken tenders in flour, dip in egg, then press into the Panko mixture to coat thoroughly.

3. Fry the Chicken

  • Heat 1/2 inch of oil in a pan over medium heat.

  • Fry the tenders 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.

  • Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil.

4. Make the Honey Butter Garlic Sauce

  • In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  • Add honey and soy sauce, stir until smooth and bubbling slightly.

5. Toss and Serve

  • Toss crispy tenders in the warm sauce or drizzle over the top.

  • Serve hot with rice, veggies, or fries!
